The group is terrific- a quartet with Gregg August, her nephew on bass, Cary DeNigris, super guitarist, whose main gig is with Chico Hamilton, and Mike DeMarco, drummer, Albany' s best kept secret, who gigs with John Hilton. Peg gathered some of her best compositions for this recording and already it's gaining international raves.

The Peg Delaney Trio is proud to announce their first CD entitled If I Had You. A wonderful collection that pays homage to seldom heard melodic gems and jazz standards. We love these songs for their spirit and message. Their melodies weave with the charm and surprise of a country road. The lyrics speak to our souls. This recording is dedicated to Peg's mom Anna August. The wonderful photos of her were taken in 1934 by Peg's dad Nic August, in the small town of Emporium Pennsylvania. On the back of the photos he had written, 1934 If I Had You. Nic and Anna were married for 66 years! This cd is a celebration of their marriage, Earl Davis and his wife Patty's marriage and Bill and Peg's marriage. It is for couples! To be listened to with candle light and a fine meal.
